CLUB MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM

Once the Rotaract club receives its charter, it embarks on establishing its management structure and designing activity programs. During this phase, the founding members from the Rotary club, who take charge of organizing the new club, assume the role of consultants. The sustainability of a Rotaract club relies on its members developing leadership skills and actively participating in club activities.

Rotaract club members, under the leadership of the club president, coordinate professional and leadership development activities, community and international service projects, fundraising initiatives, and social events. The responsibility for reviewing and approving these plans rests with the board. The Rotaract club board is comprised of members elected during the general assembly, including:

  • Past President

  • President-Elect

  • Secretary

  • Treasurer
